Aloha!!

I joined Singapore paddling club Out Rigger Canoe session this moring 6am today.its still dark when i reached there
and that time i barely could see the Ocean with beautiful full Moon. Its very quiet, only you can hear is sea breeze, sounds of breaking the waves.just amazing feeling Nature.
Altough It was my first time with Members and quite hard training... for me, i enjyed a lot!! Its such a Great Time!

SENTOSA BEACH IN SINGAPORE,  It was beautiful day, I always feel relaxed to be with Nature


Stand Up Paddle (SUP) has two sides to it – one is a very relaxing, gentle workout and the other is awesome fun and a great workout. Keep fit your body!

SUP combines surfing and paddling into an activity that is adaptable for all ages and skill levels and can be performed on multiple bodies of water from lakes to rivers to oceans.

and has started to evolve into a competitive sport. There are SUP races as well as SUP being included as part of biathlon/triathlon competitions and this sport is gaining in popularity worldwide.
